This Part Of Florida Is Known For It's Exceptional Beauty, Is One Of The Nations Greatest Areas Of Bio Diversity, Where Wildlife Abounds Co-Inhabiting With Sixth Generation Seafood Industry Families....Here You Can See The Last Remaining "Old Florida"....Known As The "Forgotten Coast"

Weekend Escape in a Hide Away Cottage

Get away from it all in a storybook-style cottage nestled among Spanish moss-draped oaks and palms in this truly secluded "old Florida" setting reminiscent of the romance of the Deep South.

You'll enjoy absolute privacy for your second honeymoon or special anniversary, the guys' fishing excursion, the gal gathering, that corporate retreat or reward for productive performance, or an artistic muse.

The custom-built cottage fronts a private 500-foot white sand bathing beach with a 200 foot fishing dock (ask your charter fishing guide for a dockside pickup). Take a leisurely walkabout on 900 feet of winding camellia woodland drives or be dazzled by expansive views of an estuarine bay and sunsets over Apalachicola from the oversized screened porch.

Pelicans, great blue herons, gulls, owls, bald eagles, ospreys, egrets and a multitude of flora and fauna are all part of this unmatched natural setting … a nature photographer's delight.

Although hidden from the busy world, guests are just a few minutes drive from shopping, restaurants, the Gulf of Mexico's public swimming beaches, boat launches, bait and tackle shops, estuarine tours, the historic architecture of the seafaring village of Apalachicola, and kayaking on 100 miles of hidden creeks, rivers, lagoons and inlets.
